Whole30 Recipes: Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad

I learned pretty quickly that convenience is key when doing your first Whole30 (or any round of Whole30) My favorite thing to do is batch cook chicken breast, shred it, and utilize it in different ways throughout the week. Yes, I am still eating chicken for every lunch, but it gives me the opportunity to still create variety and save on time!

This cranberry pecan version of chicken salad is extremely simple! I am also sure there are many variations of this recipe floating around the internet but I figured I would share my [Whole30 compliant] for anyone interested.

Lemon Blueberry Baked Doughnuts


After picking quite a few lemons from my Grandmothers tree, I have been on a mission to experiment with some new lemon recipes. I originally planned to make a lemon poppy seed doughnut but I thought, why not go to social media and see what they would like to see me create. I offered up the choice between lemon poppy seed, or lemon blueberry.
