What’s Better Than a Cup of Ko-Fi?

I came across Ko-Fi.com. Ko-fi allows creators to receive money from supporters of their content. All you have to do, is create a page, a button, and share it anywhere on the internet. The idea is, that anyone who clicks your link can support you with a with a ‘coffee’ (a small payment that is roughly equal to the price of a coffee).

A quick backstory, for those who may not know, I stay at home (for multiple reasons) while my husband is the sole provider. I originally started blogging as an outlet for my depression and anxiety. I knew I needed something, within my comfort zone, to not only help me mentally, but maybe one day, financially. I’m happy to report that since working on my site, I have seen a decrease in my anxiety attacks and have spent less days “down in the dumps”.

I’ve hit a point in my blogging journey where I would like to take things to the next level. I’d like to add plug-ins for my visitor’s convenience, update my SEO tools, and ultimately, offer my readers a better experience.

So, although I cannot physically meet with each of you for a coffee date (what a bummer, right?) please consider donating [the price of] a cup to help me reach my goal in creating the best site for you.

Thank you for all your support!

    1. I didn’t even know something like this existed, or that even people asked for support. I think it’s pretty cool and figured, why not? It is a bummer though that I can’t have a REAL coffee with some of you 😉

  1. I ran across this the other day as well and thought it was so neat! I wish I could have a cup of coffee with you in person, but maybe I can donate one eventually in the future! I’m also really happy to hear that your blog has been helping you mentally as well, its really great to hear that your anxiety attacks have decreased (:
